Recalling a Materials Batch

You can load a materials batch if you want to add more materials to it or edit the materials details. You can only load a batch that has not yet been printed or posted.

1. Select TRANSACTIONS | BATCH MATERIALS.

2. Load the batch you want to review or edit in one of the following ways:

• double click on the batch you want to load
• select a batch and press the Enter key
• select a batch then select FILE | EDIT.

3. Select whether you want to edit materials or text for the batch.

4. Add, edit or delete the materials in the batch.
